AirFlite will host the 2010 Airplane Owners & Pilots Association Summit - this November 11,12,13.
AirFlite is expecting 1500 airplanes to fly into Long Beach Airport for this event. AOPA will have approximately 100 airplanes on the static display.
There will be no vehicle parking at AirFlite, parking will be off Conant St and Lakewood Blvd.
There will be shuttle service to and from the airport to the Long Beach Convention Center all three days of the event.
Over night parking for arriving aircraft will be $15 for the first day and $10 for each additional day.
Enterprise Renatl Car, Hertz Rental Car and Select Rental Car will be on site at AirFlite for your car rental needs. If you wish to reserve a car prior to the event please contact Enterprise at (562) 492-6116, Hertz at (800) 654-3131 or Select at (714) 778-0600.

LONG BEACH, CALIF. -- The PLANE TO HAITI, an MD-80 aircraft loaded with over three tons of medical is leaving Long Beach Airport on January 27, 2010. The plane was loaded with medical supplies and wheelchairs in Stockton, Calif. then came to Long Beach, Calif. to pick up crew memers and a few boxes of diapers. The plane was donated by the airlift mission’s primary partners, the Wheelchair Foundation, is headed to Haiti today. On the plane is Concert video producer Daniel E.
